Ingredienti
- 1 medium butternut squash
- ½ Kabocha squash
- 4-5 carrots
- 1 medium/large onion, finely diced
- 1 lb. tofu, crumbled
- 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- Tamari soy sauce
- 1 zucca macinata media
- ½ Zucca di Kabocha
- 4-5 carote
- 1 cipolla medio / grande, tagliata a dadini
- 1 libbra, tofu, sbriciolato
- 2 cucchiai. olio extravergine d'oliva
- Salsa di soia Tamari
Preparazione
Remove the seeds and the skin of the squash put it in a steamer and steam until soft.
Togli i semi e la buccia della zucca mettila in un piroscafo e cuocia a vapore fino a che non si ammorbidisca.
Cut carrots in big chunks and steam them until very soft. Transfer the carrots and squash into a flat dish and press them with the back of a fork. In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the onions, sautéing until golden. Add the crumbled tofu to the onions, mix well, cover and sauté for 5 minutes.
Tagliare le carote a pezzi grandi e cuocerle a vapore fino a renderle morbide. Trasferire le carote e schiacciare in un piatto piatto e premere con il retro di una forchetta. In una padella scaldare l'olio d'oliva e aggiungere le cipolle, rosolando fino a doratura. Aggiungere il tofu sbriciolato alle cipolle, mescolare bene, coprire e rosolare per 5 minuti.
Add the squash and the carrot pulp to the pan, mix well. Add soy sauce let it all cook together for 5 minutes. This dish resembles scrambled eggs even though it has no eggs, the tofu is the protein and the carrots and squash give it it’s yellow coloring. This is best served hot.
Aggiungere la zucca e la polpa di carota nella padella, mescolare bene. Aggiungi la salsa di soia e fai cuocere tutto insieme per 5 minuti. Questo piatto assomiglia a uova strapazzate anche se non ha uova, il tofu è la proteina e le carote e lo squash gli danno la colorazione gialla. Questo è meglio servito caldo.
