We use asparagus only when they are in season, in early spring. Because, they have a cleansing effect on the urinary tract.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- Spring water
- Soy sauce for taste
- A steamer

Preparation
Bring the steamer to a boil. Place the asparagus into the steamer. Steam for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how tender the asparagus are. We don’t want them to get too mushy. Add a few drops of soy sauce in the last minute of the cooking. Serve.
